1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website scpoznan.com and participation in events organized by Startup Community Poznań (hereinafter: "SCP" or "Organizer").

By registering for an event or subscribing to the newsletter, you accept these Terms in full.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available at scpoznan.com.

2. Event Registration

Registration for SCP events is free and takes place via the registration form on the website.

Registration confirms your intention to attend. If you can no longer attend, please let us know in advance so your spot can be given to someone on the waiting list.

For events with limited capacity, registration does not guarantee a spot - the final list is confirmed separately and you will be notified by e-mail.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a participant from an event if they violate the rules of conduct or act in a way that disrupts the event.

3. Participant Obligations

• - Behave with respect toward other participants, speakers, and the Organizer team.

• - Do not use SCP events for activities that violate the law or good practices.

4. Newsletter

By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to receiving commercial communications from SCP by e-mail.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any e-mail or by contacting us directly.

5. Organizer's Liability

SCP is not liable for:

• - Technical issues beyond our control (e.g. venue failures, internet outages).
• - Actions of third parties present at events.
• - Loss or damage to personal belongings during events.

SCP reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond its control. Registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
